Taqwa

“Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous (taqwa) among you.”
Surah Al-Hujurat 49:13

Taqwa is being conscious of Allah in everything you do, thinking about His presence in your heart, and striving to obey Him while avoiding what displeases Him. It is more than just following rules; it is a mindset that guides your actions, words, and intentions. A person with Taqwa is careful with their choices, shows good character, and seeks Allah’s pleasure in all aspects of life. Taqwa brings inner peace, helps you make righteous decisions, and draws you closer to Allah. Taqwa helps us make right choices even when no one is watching, protects us from harm, and brings peace, contentment, and blessings in life. The Qur’an emphasizes that those with Taqwa are the most honored in Allah’s sight, showing that God-consciousness is more valuable than wealth, status, or power.
